Job Description

As a Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 12 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions using C#, .Net Framework, and JavaScript to meet business requirements in the Transportation & Logistics domain. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable systems on Azure, optimizing SQL Server databases, and analyzing complex software issues to improve system performance and user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using C#, .Net Framework, and JavaScript in the Transportation & Logistics domain. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable systems on Azure. - Optimize SQL Server databases for high performance and reliability. - Analyze and resolve complex software issues to enhance system performance and user experience. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. - Develop and execute unit tests to ensure software quality and functionality. - Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Document software designs, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and team collaboration. - Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools to enhance team productivity. Qualifications: - Strong understanding of SQL Server, C#, SQL Azure, JavaScript, and .Net Framework with proven experience in developing complex software solutions. - Expertise in the Transportation & Logistics domain with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable systems on Azure with a focus on performance and reliability. - Track record of mentoring and guiding junior engineers. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.,
