.NET Software Developer - Lead - Remote

Position:

Role Description

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3-8

  developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

• Guide team members in best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Facilitate Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Act as the primary technical point of contact, assisting in resolving roadblocks and providing architectural guidance.

Technical Design & Development

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications with C# and .Net technologies.

• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs using .NET Web API/MVC and Entity Framework.

• Work with MS SQL for efficient database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

• Ensure front-end development follows modern JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS standards.

• Lead and participate in migrating applications from .NET Framework to .NET Core. Cloud & DevOps • Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based services hosted on AWS.

• Work with AWS services such as VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, Elastic Cache, and Route 53 to build scalable solutions.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.

• Ensure high availability, performance, and security best practices in cloud-hosted applications. Quality & Performance Optimization

• Establish and enforce coding standards, security best practices, and automated testing strategies.

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both backend and frontend components.

• Stay updated with emerging .NET, Angular, AWS, and DevOps technologies and integrate them into development workflows.

Required Qualifications & Skills Technical Skills

• 8+ years of experience in C# and .NET technologies.

• 3+ years of experience with Angular 9+.

• Expertise in .NET Web API/MVC, Entity Framework, and MS SQL.

• Strong frontend development skills: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS.

• Proven experience with .NET Core development and migration from .NET Framework.

• Experience with AWS services (VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, Elastic Cache, Route 53 is an advantage).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

Leadership & Soft Skills

• 3+ years of experience leading a development team (3-8

  developers).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

• Ability to balance hands-on development with leadership responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
