Lead and mentor a team of developers and testers, providing technical guidance and best practices.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure applications using
.NET Core, C#, and related technologies
.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to define technical requirements and solutions.
Oversee code quality, enforce coding standards, and conduct code reviews.
Drive the adoption of modern practices such as
CI/CD, cloud deployment (Azure/AWS), and microservices architecture
.
Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure application reliability and security.
Manage project timelines, ensure deliverables, and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements for continuous innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of experience
in software development with at least
34 years in a Lead/Architect role
.
Strong expertise in
C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ
.
Experience with
front-end frameworks
(Angular/React/Blazor)
Good understanding of
cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
and DevOps practices.
Strong knowledge of
SQL Server
and database design.
Experience in
Agile/Scrum methodology
.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with
Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
.
Exposure to
Microservices architecture & containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
.
Knowledge of unit testing, automated testing frameworks, and code coverage tools.
Ability to handle stakeholder management and client interactions
