Job Overview: We seek a highly skilled and experienced .Net Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .Net Core, MVC, WCF, WebAPI, and Azure. As a .Net Lead, you will lead a team of developers, design and develop high-performance applications, and ensure the successful delivery of software projects. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of .Net developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices in coding and architecture. Design and Development: Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using .Net Core, MVC, WCF, and WebAPI. Azure Integration: Implement cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure, ensuring seamless integration with .Net applications and leveraging Azure services for optimal performance. Project Management: Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Please make sure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, quality, and best practices. Provide constructive feedback to team members. Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues that may arise during the development and deployment phases. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. Advocate for the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that can improve team efficiency and product quality. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of design, development, and deployment processes. Ensure that all code is well-documented. Required Skills: .Net Core: Extensive experience with .Net Core and its application in developing scalable and efficient software solutions. MVC: Strong expertise in MVC architecture, with a deep understanding of its implementation in .Net applications. WCF: Proficient in Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) for building service-oriented applications. WebAPI: Mandatory experience in designing and developing RESTful services using WebAPI. Azure: Solid experience with Microsoft Azure, including services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and Azure SQL. Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading a team of developers, with strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
