Job Description

As a technical leader in this role, you will be responsible for providing architecture and guidance for the development of scalable solutions using .NET Core, Azure, and React.js. Your tasks will include hands-on coding, collaborating in Agile ceremonies, conducting peer code reviews, engaging with clients and stakeholders, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring efficient deployments following DevOps best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Lead technical planning and decision-making for scalable solutions - Develop, test, and deliver high-quality, maintainable code - Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and proactively resolve blockers - Conduct peer code reviews and enforce coding standards - Work directly with clients and internal teams to resolve requirements - Mentor junior developers and encourage continuous learning - Oversee secure and efficient deployments following DevOps best practices Qualification Required: - 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with React, C#, and Azure - Proven leadership experience in driving technical solutions and managing end-to-end development lifecycles - Expertise in front-end technologies and performance optimization - Strong backend proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and database management - Cloud and DevOps experience with Azure or AWS - Understanding of security best practices and authentication mechanisms - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project estimation - Strong database design skills and problem-solving abilities The company emphasizes continuous learning and improvement, ensuring comprehensive testing, and maintaining post-deployment stability.
