As a candidate for this role, you should have 3-4 years of experience in .Net/C#, WPF, MVVM, C, C++. Your exposure should include customizing and extending UI controls. Your strong experience in OOPs and C# will be beneficial for this position. Additionally, experience in Blend, animations, transitions, effects, creating customized user-controls, creating class libraries, creating XAML styles, triggers, events, data binding, dynamic resources, application deployment, and creating setup files for desktop applications is required. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration. Your database skills should cover SQL, MySQL, and SQLite, with the ability to write stored procedures. Experience in WCF and writing services is preferred. You should also possess good design skills using n-tier architectures, focusing on scalability, multi-threading, caching, business, and data layers.
