.Net Developer

As a skilled .NET Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code using C# and various .NET technologies such as .NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET 6/7/8. Your primary tasks will include designing and implementing robust and scalable web APIs, microservices, and web applications. You will actively participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), encompassing requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Your role will involve writing clean, well-documented, and testable code while also managing database schemas and optimizing database performance using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and other relational databases. Furthermore, you will contribute to architectural design, apply design patterns, and adhere to best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability. Evaluating and recommending new technologies and tools, implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams comprising product managers, designers, and QA engineers are integral parts of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise and support to junior developers by mentoring and guiding them. Active participation in code reviews, agile ceremonies like standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, performing code analysis and performance tuning, as well as identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities will be key aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least 5 years of professional experience in .NET development. A strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem, along with extensive experience in ASP.NET Web API, RESTful services, and microservices architecture, is required. You should have a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and experience with database development and ORM frameworks. Moreover, familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, Angular, React, or Blazor, cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, unit testing, integration testing, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and adherence to security best practices are essential for this role. Preferred skills include experience with message queues, NoSQL databases, distributed systems, and performance monitoring tools.
