Responsibilities: Assist in developing and maintaining .NET-based desktop and web applications. Work with databases and integrate applications using SQL Server. Support report generation using Crystal Reports. Participate in application testing, debugging, and performance tuning. Collaborate with team members on coding standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing. Learn and implement real-world .NET development practices under senior developer guidance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Strong foundation in C# and SQL. Exposure to Crystal Reports for report generation is essential. Basic understanding of .NET frameworks (Windows Forms, ASP.NET, etc.). Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a team environment.
