As a skilled and experienced .NET Developer, you will be responsible for building robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. Your strong technical background in .NET technologies, along with exceptional leadership abilities, will enable you to align development projects with business goals effectively. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the design, development, and implementation of .NET applications. You will provide architectural guidance, ensure adherence to best coding practices and design patterns, and review code to maintain quality, security, and scalability standards. Collaborating with stakeholders, defining project requirements, developing project plans, and managing resources will be essential to ensure timely project completion while troubleshooting challenges during the development lifecycle. To drive innovation and continuous improvement, you will stay updated with the latest .NET frameworks, tools, and other Microsoft technologies. By implementing innovative solutions, you will enhance application performance and user experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and operations, you will deliver integrated solutions that align technical development with business objectives. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience in .NET development. Additionally, you should have at least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role. Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, Entity Framework, software architecture, microservices, RESTful API development, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), and DevOps practices is required. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is also essential. Preferred skills for this role include experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React), knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and certification in .NET or related technologies.
