You are a .NET Developer with 4 years of experience, looking for a full-time hybrid role based in Noida with some work from home flexibility. Your responsibilities will include developing, maintaining, and enhancing software applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC, experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Software Development, strong programming skills with a solid understanding of programming principles, excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, good communication skills, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
