As a Senior .NET Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using .NET Core and cloud technologies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development lifecycle. - Designing and implementing scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements using .NET Core and cloud technologies. - Writing clean, reusable, and efficient code and ensuring adherence to coding standards. - Performing unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the software applications meet quality standards. - Continuously updating technical knowledge and skills to keep up with emerging trends and technologies. - Providing technical leadership and guidance to the team and ensuring that the software applications are delivered on time and within budget. - Communicating with stakeholders and management to ensure that project goals and objectives are met. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET technologies. - Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC. - Strong understanding of cloud technologies, such as Azure or AWS, and CI/CD Pipelines. - Experience with front-end technologies, such as React (Preferred), Angular, or Vue.js. - Strong knowledge of database technologies, such as SQL Server. - Experience with Agile software development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience in hiring and onboarding new team members is a plus.
