.Net Core Backend Lead

Hands on experience on Microservices and SAAS products

We are currently hiring .Net Core Backend Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with a strong background in C# and experience designing and developing scalable, high-performance backend systems. This role requires a deep understanding of architectural design, design patterns, and experience with NoSQL databases, message queues, and caching mechanisms. Knowledge of front-end technologies, particularly ReactJS, is a plus. The Backend Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The candidate must possess exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for building robust and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems using .NET Core and C#.
2. Architect and implement scalable and performant solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and design patterns.
3. Collaborate with front-end developers to define and implement APIs and data structures.
4. Work with MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ for data storage, caching, and messaging.
5. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of backend developers.
6. Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

1. Technical Degree

1. Expertise in C# and .NET Core.
2. Experience with MongoDB.
3. Experience with Redis.
4. Experience with RabbitMQ.
5. Strong understanding of design patterns and architectural principles.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

1. Experience with ReactJS.
2. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
3. Experience with DevOps practices.
4. Experience with Agile methodologies.
