Job Description

As an IT Apps Programmer at Capgemini, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, cost-effective information technology solutions for business-related problems. You will create and maintain software programs, components, or applications, perform development testing activities, and document the software development process. Additionally, you will provide support for systems or applications in a production environment, working on multi-platform projects, small-scale projects, and resolving production issues. Key Responsibilities: - Apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems. - Develop and maintain software solutions/applications, ensuring optimization. - Exercise original thought and judgment while supervising the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. - Collaborate and act as a team player with other software engineers and stakeholders. - Build skills and expertise in software engineering discipline to meet standard expectations. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues with excellent problem-solving skills. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software development focusing on the Microsoft Power Platform. - Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate certification or equivalent practical experience. - Proficiency in Power Automate, including building Cloud flows and Desktop flows. - Demonstrated expertise in developing custom Canvas Apps with complex formulas and data integrations. - Experience with Dataverse as a database, including building tables, relationships, and business rules. - Proficiency in connecting to SQL databases and SharePoint as data sources for Power Apps and Power Automate. - Experience in building and managing Custom Connectors and utilizing Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
