Team Lead Full Stack Developer (Microsoft .NET Core & Angular)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10 full-stack developers.
  
• Review code, provide technical guidance, and support team members in resolving bugs and issues.
  
• Collaborate with the client and project managers to understand requirements and estimate story points.
  
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications within defined timelines and story points.
  
• Perform regular code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices.
  
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and maintain code quality.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• 5 – 8 years of hands-on experience in

  .NET Core, C#, Web API, and Angular

  .
• Strong experience in

  SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ

  , and RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of

  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Bootstrap

  .
• Experience in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) will be an added advantage.
  
• Proven experience in

  leading a team

  and handling 8–10 members.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
  
• Ability to estimate story points accurately and deliver within timelines.
