As a Lead Technical Engineer with over 14 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining web-based solutions for both internal and customer-facing applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in software design and architecture, focusing on technologies such as ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web Designs, Web API, C#, and the Microsoft .NET technology stack. Your responsibilities will include code reviewing team contributions, guiding them on best practices, and ensuring the team's competency during sprints. Your role will involve collaborating with product teams to understand business requirements, evaluating user stories for upcoming sprints, creating technical designs, writing code, conducting unit testing, and identifying feature gaps. You should possess a deep understanding of relational database models, NoSQL, and SQL programming to support application functionality effectively. Additionally, you will provide support for stakeholder requests, participate in system integration testing, address customer requests promptly, and mentor junior team members as necessary. Key responsibilities include creating technical design artifacts in collaboration with architecture and product/business teams, adhering to SOLID design principles, developing and testing web applications using Client-Side frameworks (such as ReactJS) and Microsoft technologies. Proficiency in coding with C#, ASP.Net, MVC 4.0+, ReactJS, NodeJS, WebAPI, HTML 5.0, CSS 3.0, and JavaScript is essential. You should also have a strong grasp of REST, GraphQL, and gRPC, as well as experience with SQL programming, NoSQL, SQL stored procedures, ADO.Net, and Entity Framework. Moreover, your role will require familiarity with development tools like Visual Studio, VS Code, SSMS, GIT, and data exploration tools. You should have knowledge of building native Cloud-based solutions with Azure and a fundamental understanding of distributed systems. Creating test scripts, conducting unit testing and automation, working collaboratively with other feature teams, mentoring junior team members, engaging with cross-team leads and architects, and understanding CI/CD pipelines and pipeline tools for software standards and security will be part of your routine tasks.
