About Position:

We are hiring for a key position within our engineering team Principal Engineer (Architect). The role focus on building and maintaining enterprise-grade Windows desktop and backend systems using C# and .NET. Resource will contribute to feature development and delivery, as well as will take ownership of system architecture and providing technical leadership across teams along with the IC role.

This role are ideal for professionals with deep expertise in Windows Services, WinForms/WPF, SQL Server, and RESTful APIs, who thrive in traditional enterprise environments and enjoy solving complex technical challenges.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain core features across backend and desktop systems.
  • Contribute to Windows Services and desktop applications using WinForms or WPF.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions.
  • Take ownership of features from concept to delivery.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to address technical challenges.
  • Lead system architecture and design for enterprise-grade applications.
  • Define and enforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
  • Own features end-to-end, from design to deployment.
  • Collaborate with product stakeholders to solve complex technical problems.

Expertise Youll Bring:

  • Strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET, with a focus on Windows desktop and backend systems.
  • Proven experience with Windows Services, WinForms, and/or WPF.
  • Expertise in SQL Server development: stored procedures, performance tuning, schema design.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
  • Experience working in Windows client/server environments.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings.
  • Demonstrated ownership of features and delivery in enterprise applications.
  • Exposure to web front-end technologies (React, TypeScript, GraphQL) – not a primary focus.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project tracking.
  • Experience in traditional, on-prem enterprise environments.
  • Understanding of modern development practices and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and development.
