Job Description: As a Ground Staff and Ticketing, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers and ensuring smooth operations at the airport. Your main duties will include:

Greeting and assisting passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
Issuing tickets, making reservations, and handling payments
Checking and tagging baggage
Providing information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other inquiries
Ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations
Collaborating with other airport staff and airline personnel to ensure timely departures and arrivals
Handling special requests and accommodations for passengers with disabilities or special needs
Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
