Role Overview

This role will involve reviewing NDAs, validating order documents, and managing contract workflows in alignment with established playbooks. You will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, independent judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review NDAs on client templates and third-party paper.
  • Apply playbook, identify deviations, and provide clean/redlined versions with comments.
  • Use redlining tools as implemented.
  • Validate order documents against client instructions.
  • Flag inconsistencies and prepare documents for signature.
  • Manage semi-manual workflows and ensure smooth document progression.
  • Follow playbook rules and contracting requirements.
  • Assist in refining standards and optimising processes.


Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience, with a strong background in commercial contracts, procurement, or NDA.
  • Deep understanding of advanced redlining and contract review.
  • Strong background in legal operations or managed services.
  • Proven ability to apply contract playbooks accurately.
  • Experience managing high-volume contracting workflows.
  • Familiarity with CLM or workflow tools.
