Job Title: NCLT Legal Specialist (Corporate)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle NCLT-related matters, including company law disputes, mergers, amalgamations, and insolvency cases.
2. Draft and review petitions, applications, and responses for NCLT proceedings.
3. Represent clients before the NCLT and other regulatory authorities.
4. Provide legal advice on corporate law, compliance, and governance issues.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as corporate and finance, to ensure seamless legal support.
6. Stay updated on changes in company law, NCLT rules, and related regulations.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Law (LL.B.) with specialization in Corporate Law or Company Law.
2. Experience in handling NCLT matters, corporate litigation, or related areas.
3. Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
4. Knowledge of corporate law, insolvency law, and NCLT rules.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with corporate clients or law firms.
2. Familiarity with legal research tools and databases.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
