Role & responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential Fintech, NBFC, and Bank partners for co-lending and strategic alliances. Structure, negotiate, and close partnership deals ensuring mutual business growth. Drive end-to-end co-lending arrangements , from initial discussions to execution and ongoing portfolio monitoring. Collaborate with risk, credit, legal, product, and technology teams to ensure smooth integration and compliance. Develop and implement strategies to increase disbursements and optimize cost of capital through partnerships. Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders. Support fundraising and investor relations activities, as required. Preferred candidate profile MBA/Graduate with 5-10 years of relevant experience in BFSI, NBFC, or Fintech sector. Proven track record in partnership management, co-lending, or strategic alliances . Strong understanding of co-lending frameworks, digital lending models, and regulatory guidelines . Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills . Analytical mindset with ability to work with data-driven insights. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech/NBFC environment .
