JobSummary:

We areseeking a skilled Navisworks Developer to join our team and support thedevelopment, customization, and integration of Navisworks-based solutions. Theideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Autodesk Navisworks, strongprogramming skills, and a deep understanding of BIM workflows, 3D modelcoordination, and computational geometry.

KeyResponsibilities:

Develop custom plugins, scripts, and automation tools for Navisworksusing .NET (C#) or other relevant technologies.

Integrate Navisworks with other BIM tools and enterprise systems(e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Forge, Power BI).

Create clash detection rules and manage coordination models.

Optimize model performance and streamline workflows for large-scaleprojects.

Work with Brep and Mesh geometry to enhance model analysis andvisualization.

Apply computational geometry techniques to improve spatial analysisand model manipulation.

Collaborate with BIM/VDC teams to understand project requirements anddeliver technical solutions.

Provide technical support and training to internal teams on Navisworksfunctionalities and custom tools.

Maintain documentation for developed tools and processes.

Requirements

RequiredSkills & Qualifications:

Proven experience with Autodesk Navisworks Manage and Simulate.

Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Python, orJavaScript.

Experience with BIM tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and Dynamo.

Familiarity with Autodesk Forge API and cloud-based BIM workflows.

Strong understanding of clash detection, 4D simulation, and modelcoordination.

Experience working with Brep and Mesh geometry in 3D modelingenvironments.

Knowledge of computational geometry concepts and their application inBIM.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Bachelordegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Architecture, orrelated field.

PreferredQualifications:

Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction)industry.

Knowledge of IFC standards and BIM interoperability.

Experience with project management tools and version control systems(e.g., Git).

Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
