Worst transport they will tell in ph call one rate but when we reach into Navata office there another rate . Example I want to transfer my activa bike from bengalore to athamakur they said in ph call 1800 wen I reach to office with my bike there there were telling 2400 because of packing charges it seems.

Parcelled my bike to HYD , packaging was done neatly and they charge 300/- for that which is not included in the bill as it goes in their pocket , you can get it pacaked by yourselfif you want and have the foam or jute bags or plastic …

Staff is very rude & the transportation services are very bad, they don't take responsibility if our goods are broken or damaged during transportation. Please avoid Navata Transport. Arundelpet branch in Guntur is just one hell of a thing .... Bloody services

Best local transportation, btw inter cities. Highly recommended but they asked extra money for the bike to be delivered.
