Very bad service, my cot was damaged in transport and no one responding and on multiple follow-ups also no resolution. I could have given the rating is lower than 1 star

Tracking id shows out for delivery but they say its not yet reached.

Cost of transport is less if you want to ship parts of your luggage. Service is decent not fast , not slow since it should be shipped along with multiple other luggages . Do try out if your luggage is in no hurry to reach destination. …

The worst transport facility ever experienced. Major damages to the goods and no proper response from the staff about it. Packaging is very bad.
