Packaging and luggage handling are worst. I have transported my fridge to Guntur and their packaging and handling is so worst that the compressor mounting pan of the fridge is bent and also the door is not smooth as before and the interior trays of the fridge are broken. Hi I had got goods from my hometown Rajam,Andhra Pradesh to Bangalore. It took me around 10days for getting goods during this pandemic covid-19 situation june-2020. At the time of delivery they will ask nominal 10rs for labour to find the goods at the hub. Overall it's good experience for me.
