Sent parcel from bangalore to Vijzag, it's been 8 days parcel.not delivered, no clear update from customer support. Senior managers are not taking up any request. Felt very uncomfortable. Better to use other transportation service for Andhra.

After shifting to new place,it is now manageable going with car. Reliable but some times difficult to manage with wrong communications recieved with parcel arrival. Depends on person who is coordinating.

I usually get my parcels here from telangana state.service is fast. If the luggage is less weight and can be lifted, do it yourselves rather asking them and save few bucks. Just pay invoice amounts via online.
