Andaman Holidays, a boutique Destination Management Company, is looking for a skilled Naturalist to lead botanical walks, cycling expeditions, and interpret the rich biodiversity of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands. This is a unique opportunity to work in one of India’s most pristine ecosystems while creating unforgettable experiences for travellers from across the world.

Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging botanical and forest walks highlighting endemic flora and ecology

• Conduct cycling tours along scenic and safe routes, sharing stories about natural heritage and landscapes

• Offer insightful commentary on the local ecosystem, sustainability, and conservation

• Ensure guest safety and high service quality throughout the experience

• Collaborate with our travel design team to develop new signature experiences

Ideal Candidate:

• Background in botany, environmental science, forestry, or wildlife biology

• Experience in nature guiding, outdoor education, or ecotourism

• Strong communication skills in English (bonus if Hindi/Tamil/Bengali)

• Physically fit and enthusiastic about cycling and outdoor adventure

• Knowledge of Andaman flora & fauna is a plus — or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
