National Collections Manager- Tele Collection

You will be responsible for supervising and managing Tele Collections along with field intervention for multiple agencies at a zonal level. Your role will involve defining, monitoring, and ensuring consistent delivery of process targets, as well as driving process improvement initiatives. You will be managing overall business operations and coordinating with various departments and teams to ensure the delivery of business goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing Tele Collections performance and field intervention at a zonal level for multiple agencies. - Implementing and monitoring the overall business strategy. - Driving various process targets to achieve business goals. - Handling pre-due collections and contracts until 180 DPD. - Ensuring higher resolution and lower delinquency flowing to the next bucket. - Providing feedback and recommendations to drive process improvement and cost efficiency. - Monitoring and providing recommendations for calling and dialer strategy. - Ensuring the center is appropriately rostered with shrinkage below specified threshold. - Aligning the center to the departmental culture and methodology. - Liaising with support functions to improve team performance. - Delivering high customer experience with minimum complaints. - Providing timely communication regarding forecasting and planning of manpower and other infrastructure. - Ensuring learning and development, career progression, and employee engagement initiatives aimed at reducing attrition. - Aligning efforts to mentor and groom talent at levels below. - Driving performance management. - Conducting periodic performance reviews of direct reports and levels below through effective feedback. Desired Skills: - 12+ years of experience with Collection specifically in managing Tele Collection, Attrition, process management preferred from NBFC Industry. - Proven ability to drive collection targets, optimize calling strategies, and implement process improvements. - Strong analytical and decision-making skills to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall business performance.,
