Job Title: Technical Trainer – Engineering ( Naan Mudhalvan )

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Technical Trainer to conduct specialized seminars and practical classes for engineering students under the Government of Tamil Nadu’s Naan Mudhalvan initiative.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality training on Fusion 360 software to students in Mechanical, EEE, and ECE departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct weekly seminars and hands-on training sessions at various engineering colleges.
• Teach Autodesk Fusion 360 (Modeling, Assembly, and Simulation) to students.
• Simplify complex engineering concepts for Mechanical, EEE, and ECE students.
• Monitor student progress and handle queries related to industry-standard design workflows.
• Willingness to travel to different college locations as per the weekly schedule.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, EEE, or ECE.
• Gender: Male or Female candidates are equally welcome.
• Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Fusion 360 software.
• Hardware (Mandatory): Must possess a personal Laptop with a high-end processor (i5/i7 preferred) capable of running Fusion 360 smoothly.
• Note: Government-issued laptops are not accepted for this role due to software performance requirements.
• Transport (Mandatory): Must own a Bike and have a valid driving license for commuting to colleges. Candidates willing to travel long distances via bus are also considered.
• Communication: Strong presentation skills in English and Tamil to engage with students effectively.

Salary & Schedule:

• Pay: ₹2,000 per day.
