N1 Japanese bilingual + Pharmacovigilance

Role Overview: You will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Pharmacovigilance data entry to ensure accurate and timely processing of safety information. Your role will involve understanding source documents, coding verbatim events using MedDRA dictionary, assessing the seriousness of events, and maintaining quality through retrospective reviews. Additionally, you will be managing timelines for deliverables, tracking status, and effectively communicating with clients and global team members. Key Responsibilities: - Expertise in Pharmacovigilance data entry - Ability to understand source documents and safety information for ICSR cases - Proficiency in coding verbatim events using MedDRA dictionary - Assessing the seriousness, listedness, and causal relationship of events - Describing narratives chronologically from a medical perspective - Quality management including retrospective reviews and accuracy checks - Summarizing retrospective review results - Managing timelines for deliverables and tracking status - Effective communication with clients and global team members - Writing reports in a logical and coherent manner Qualifications Required: - 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Pharmacovigilance - Proficiency in N1 Japanese bilingual - Strong communication and writing skills - Ability to perform quality retrospective reviews and accuracy checks - Experience in managing timelines for deliverables - Knowledge of MedDRA dictionary and drug coding - Prior experience in screening, technical rounds, and HR interviews Please Note: The job position has already been filled.,
