Mysql Database Administrator

Minimum Requirements: Educational qualification: B Tech/B.E./MCA/MSc Minimum 6 years experience in monitoring of IT/software development/IT system projects/website development/mobile app development Minimum 5 year’s experience in Database Administration and Tuning Responsibilities: Manage MySQL Server databases. Configure and keep database servers and processes up to date. Keep an eye on the system’s health and performance. Ensure the good performance, availability, long-term viability, and security. Real-time problem analysis, resolution, and correction Make recommendations for solutions. Regular processes should be refined and automated, issues should be tracked, and modifications should be documented. Assist with query tuning and schema refinement for developers. Knowledge on IDE like, WorkBench, SQLyog etc Significant knowledge on Linux Operating System and Master-Slave replication Help developers in partitioning of database tables. Require good experience in GTID replication with troubleshooting. MySQL high availability experience with InnoDB Cluster and Replication. DR setup experience Well understanding of ProxySQL setup and manage the high application load. well understanding of MySQL internal architecture. Database pipelines experience with python or any other standard tool like Apache NIFI Physical backup restoration and point in time recovery. Well understanding of query optimization and server tunning. Well understanding of SQL triggers, events, store procedures and functions. Required Skills and qualification: Education – BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc Min 5 years of experience working as a MYSQL, DBA or in a similar position Administration expertise in MYSQL enterprise edition is necessary. Proficient experience in Linux Server Experience in working on E-Governance projects will be preferable
