Job Title GoHighLevel Automation Specialist (with WordPress Integration Experience) Job Description We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist who can design, build, and optimize automated CRM workflows for multiple industries starting with real estate and expanding into other sectors such as spa & wellness centers , contractor/tradesmen services , and B2C platforms . You should be skilled at building end-to-end marketing and operational flows inside GoHighLevel, while also integrating with WordPress front-ends where needed. Key Responsibilities GoHighLevel Setup & Automation Create pipelines, workflows, and triggers for lead capture, follow-up, and status updates. Build industry-specific automation flows (e.g., property approval processes, spa booking reminders, contractor job follow-ups). Configure SMS, email, and calendar booking sequences. Implement tagging, segmentation, and automated nurture campaigns. Integration with WordPress Connect GHL forms, calendars, and CRM data with WordPress websites. Ensure smooth lead data sync between WP and GHL (via native integration, Zapier, or API). Manage form submissions, vendor dashboards, and client portals. Multi-Industry Solutions Adapt automation flows for various business models (real estate, spa/wellness, contractor services, and more). Build reusable GHL templates/snapshots for different industries. Ongoing Optimization Test and refine automation sequences to improve lead conversion. Provide reports and recommendations for performance improvements. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience building advanced workflows in GoHighLevel . Strong understanding of pipelines, triggers, automations, and segmentation in GHL. Experience integrating WordPress with GHL (Zapier, Make, API). Knowledge of real estate, service-based business , and B2C marketing flows . Ability to set up multi-industry CRM templates . Familiarity with booking/calendar tools inside GHL. Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with our project manager. Nice to Have Experience with local payment gateways (e.g., EcoCash, ZIPIT, Stripe). Knowledge of mobile optimization and responsive design. Prior work on white-label SaaS mode inside GHL. Project Scope Phase 1: Real Estate MVP automation + WordPress front-end. Phase 2: Industry expansion (spa centers, tradesmen/contractors, general B2C websites). Phase 3: White-label SaaS mode for multi-client delivery.
