Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial product sales, preferably in fixed deposits or fixed income instruments. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage client portfolios effectively. Strong knowledge of fixed income markets, investor behavior, and interest rate dynamics. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasive selling skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines. NISM or AMFI certification is a plus.
