Flurn is looking for talented and enthusiastic music instructors to join our growing network of educators. As a Flurn instructor, you will bring quality music education directly to learners in residential apartment communities through both group and private classes.

You'll play a vital role in nurturing musical talent in children and adults, using Flurn’s structured and proven teaching methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging group and one-on-one music classes (keyboard or guitar) at apartment complexes near your location
• Deliver lessons using Flurn’s structured teaching methodology to maintain consistency and quality
• Use the Flurn Teacher Partner App to manage class schedules, attendance, and communication
• Ensure punctuality and maintain the class schedule
• Create a positive, encouraging learning environment that supports student growth and enjoyment

Who We’re Looking For

• A strong passion for teaching music and sharing your knowledge
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching music to children and/or adults
• Certified in Keyboard or Guitar, with the ability to follow a structured course outline
• Comfortable working with diverse groups of students and adapting lessons based on skill levels
