Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing group instructions and training for a variety of Western Vocal techniques. It will be your duty to customize lessons based on students' skill levels, interests, and learning pace. Additionally, you will design and implement a comprehensive music curriculum covering theory, performance, and technique for both instruments and vocals. Your role will also involve preparing students for recitals, performances, and competitions to ensure they are performance-ready and confident. Providing constructive feedback and personalized coaching to students will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Maintaining a positive, engaging, and structured learning environment to encourage creativity and discipline will also be expected from you.
