Music Executive

The BHIVE Group is revolutionizing enterprise-grade managed offices and coworking spaces, democratizing investments in Bengaluru. As part of the BHIVE team, you will contribute to a holistic member journey that embodies a culture of community and collaboration at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities: - Curate music playlists and soundscapes for different coworking zones (lounge, work areas, cafes, events). - Coordinate and manage music for BHIVE events, open mics, networking nights, and brand activations. - Collaborate with local artists, DJs, and bands for live performances and community engagement. - Work with the marketing team on audio elements for promotional videos, reels, and social media. - Ensure licensing and copyright compliance for all music played or distributed. - Maintain and update in-house music systems (Spotify/streaming setups, AV equipment, etc.). - Support in building BHIVE's audio identity and brand vibe through music and sound design. - Create and manage a calendar of music-related community events and experiences. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Music, Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 2-4 years of experience in music curation, event sound management, or audio branding. - Strong understanding of different music genres and moods appropriate for coworking environments. - Passion for community engagement and live events. - Working knowledge of AV and sound systems used in event setups.,
