Job Responsibilities as below –

We are seeking a highly skilled Murex Support Technical Expert with strong expertise in environment management, SQL, and Datamart/MXML to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide advanced technical support for Murex platform environments, ensure smooth operation of Murex Datamart, and manage data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. This role requires deep knowledge of Murex technical components, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with SQL and Murex XML configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level technical support for Murex environments including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting. Manage and maintain Murex environments across development, testing, and production. Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for Murex Datamart reporting and data extraction. Design, configure, and troubleshoot Murex MXML files to support business and technical requirements. Support the creation and maintenance of Murex Datamart reports and data feeds. Collaborate with functional teams, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and optimize performance. Monitor Murex environment health, conduct root cause analysis of incidents, and implement corrective actions. Assist in Murex upgrades, migrations, and environment refreshes. Document environment configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Automate routine tasks related to Murex environment management and data handling. Support change management and release processes related to Murex technical components. Provide on-call support for critical production issues as needed.
