Experienced candidate should be familiar with Code violations, building violation, water, sewer, solid waste billing, special assessment, municipal liens, building permits along with Tax Certification. Should be able to research information online as well as calling. Fresher candidate should possess good web research, verbal & written skills. Should display good communication.
Qualification: Any Graduate. Role: Associate/Senior Associate
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following Process requirement Should have strong knowledge on Code violations, building violations, water, sewer, solid waste billing, special assessment, municipal liens, building permits along with Tax Certification. Should be working along with SMEs and team leads Should be able to monitor the bin/queue Good Team Player Shows willingness to work in shifts
Demonstrates punctuality by timely log in and log out adherence Shows willingness to work out of different locations. Production and quality driven Displays willingness & flexible to undergo cross training and work on multiple processes
