Job Description

 

  • Handle incoming calls/outgoing, emails, and chat queries from customers.

  • Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system/CRM.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.

  • Assist customers with order processing, billing, refunds, and account management.

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, operations) for smooth resolution.

  • Provide feedback to improve customer experience and highlight recurring issues.

  • Meet defined performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

  • Should be fluent in English & Hindi
