Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hosur. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations in the plastics molding department. Tasks may include setting up and operating molding machines, ensuring quality control, troubleshooting and resolving production issues, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety standards. The role requires collaboration with other departments to ensure efficient production processes.

Qualifications

Molding Machine Operation and Troubleshooting skills
Quality Control and Inspection experience
Maintenance and Equipment Handling skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Team collaboration and communication skills
Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures
Relevant experience in the plastics industry is a plus
Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Ability to work efficiently in an on-site role in Hosur
