Role Overview: At EY, as a Senior Associate - Senior Multimedia Specialist in the Creative Center of Excellence (CoE), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-impact, high-quality, and on-brand creative solutions that contribute to building a better working world. Your key responsibilities include conceptualizing and producing multimedia collaterals, communicating effectively with customers, providing unique design concepts, and mentoring junior team members. You are expected to stay updated with the latest design trends and manage multiple creative projects with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and produce multimedia collaterals such as motion graphic content for various platforms - Communicate effectively with customers, understanding design briefs, and sharing innovative ideas - Provide unique and effective design concepts while meeting defined expectations in terms of quality and efficiency - Adhere to EY brand standards and mentor junior team members on best practices - Stay up-to-date with design trends, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work with minimal supervision Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree/College diploma preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline - Proficiency in Adobe Animate, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop with strong motion graphics animation capability - Strong visual design capability with at least 5 years of relevant experience - Intermediate/basic knowledge of C4D/Maya/3ds Max/Blender and Unity 3D game engine is an added advantage - Team management experience is desirable Additional Details: EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and global network with locations in Argentina, China, India, the Philippines, Poland, and the UK.
