The EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) is an in-house agency that helps EY teams build a better working world by delivering high-impact, high-quality, and on-brand creative solutions. People in the CoE help create experiences that are not just creatively inspiring but also strategically precise and deeply human across multiple media platforms. As a Senior Associate - Senior Multimedia Specialist, you ideate and deliver best-in-class creatives that intrinsically align with the EY brand and business objectives. You liaise with workflow coordinators, art director, and content teams to render creative concepts strategically and tactically into effective collaterals. You have an astute understanding of design principles and a highly refined sense of aesthetics. Therefore, you comfortably work within the brand specifications yet push the boundaries to deliver compelling and inspiring creative solutions to customers. Your key responsibilities include: - Conceptualizing and producing multimedia collaterals, including motion graphic content for websites, e-learning modules, internal SharePoint sites, and social media platforms - Communicating effectively with customers while understanding design briefs and sharing ideas - Providing unique, innovative, and effective design concepts to customers - Meeting and exceeding defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency - Adhering to EY brand standards and remaining cognizant of visual as well as verbal guidelines - Mentoring junior team members on best practices around applying creativity in a production environment - Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and advocating the same to teams/customers - Seamlessly managing multiple creative projects simultaneously - Working with minimal supervision and guidance Skills and attributes for success: - A user-centric mindset with a creative, innovative, and analytical approach - Working knowledge of creating high-end visual animations, footage-based videos, explainer videos, and animated content for different platforms - Excellent communication (comprehension, verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and persuade - Exceptional attention to detail - Ability to interact effectively and positively in a fast-paced environment - Understanding of current and future visual trends - Aptitude for art direction To qualify for the role, you must have: - Bachelor's degree/College diploma (preferably in Graphic Design and/or a related discipline) - Proficiency in Adobe Animate, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop with strong motion graphics animation capability - Strong visual design capability - 5+ years of relevant experience Ideally, you'll also have: - Intermediate/basic knowledge of C4D/Maya/3ds Max/Blender and Unity 3D game engine - Team management experience Technologies and Tools: Adobe Animate, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop with strong motion graphics animation capability What we look for: - Passion to tell stories through the power of visuals - Creative problem-solving mindset with a flexible can-do attitude - Self-starter with the ability to understand and translate verbal ideas into impactful, cohesive outputs - Experience working with global clients - Confidence, maturity, and ability to build strong client relationships - A strong team player who is comfortable working collaboratively with others EY GDS is a dynamic and truly global delivery network that offers fulfilling career opportunities spanning all business disciplines.
