As an Assistant Video Editor for our client at Artifex HR, your role will involve assisting in the editing, processing, and enhancement of video content for various media platforms. You will work closely with senior video editors and production team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of video projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist the video editing team in organizing and preparing raw footage for editing. - Edit video clips, add transitions, and enhance audio/visual quality. - Sync audio and video tracks, and perform basic color correction. - Maintain the media library by labeling, categorizing, and storing content properly. - Handle administrative tasks like managing file backups and project organization. - Collaborate in creating rough cuts and final video rendering. - Work with the creative team to understand project objectives and implement feedback effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. - Familiarity with audio editing and sound design. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and develop new skills. - Previous experience in video editing or relevant coursework is a plus. - Knowledge of graphic design or motion graphics is an added advantage.
