Multimedia Designer(UI/UX)

Were looking for a UX/UI & Web Designer whos passionate about user-centred design. In this role, youll collaborate with a cross-functional design team that thrives on creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement. Working closely with our Creative Director and UX & Web Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand is experienced online.

What You’ll Do

• Design responsive, user-centred interfaces for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
• Translate concepts and wireframes into high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and content creators to bring designs to life.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system and brand guidelines.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and deliver a seamless user experience.
• Use data, user feedback, and best practices to iterate and improve digital experiences.
• Support the visual evolution of our brand across digital touchpoints.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI and web design, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong design thinking, user-centred processes, and quality execution.
• Proficiency in modern design tools, such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and web usability principles.
• Good knowledge of HTML/CSS, with the ability to understand how design decisions translate into front-end implementation.
• Hands-on experience designing and building web pages on WordPress, including customising themes and understanding its CMS structure.
• Experience working with design systems and ensuring brand consistency across digital experiences.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to working with developers, marketers, and product managers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) for effective collaboration in a global team.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience managing content on SharePoint or similar marketing platforms.
• Skilled in creating and distributing emails and newsletters using HubSpot.
• Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions to elevate user experiences.
• Background supporting brand refreshes and digital rebranding initiatives.
