Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and versatile Multimedia Designer skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects to create engaging graphics, videos, and motion designs. The ideal candidate will bring creative ideas to life across multiple platforms, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design (Photoshop)
• Design social media creatives, banners, posters, and marketing materials.
• Edit, retouch, and enhance product and campaign images.
• Create layouts for brochures, flyers, and print/digital collateral.
• Video Editing (Premiere Pro)
• Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for social media, ads, and campaigns.
• Add transitions, sound effects, subtitles, and branding elements.
• Optimize videos for different platforms and aspect ratios.
• Motion Graphics & Animation (After Effects)
• Create animated titles, explainer videos, and promotional graphics.
• Design visual effects, intros, and outros for videos.
• Work with storyboards, scripts, and marketing briefs to develop animations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts.
• Maintain brand guidelines across all visual and video content.
• Manage and organize project files for easy retrieval.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Good understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to edit videos with proper pacing, storytelling, and visual appeal.
• Experience in creating smooth animations and motion graphics.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
