Multimedia Designer

As a Multimedia/Visual Designer (3D & Motion) at AjnaLens in Thane, Maharashtra, India, you will be responsible for designing immersive visual content for digital products and simulations. Your expertise in Blender, 3D animation, lighting, and sound design will be crucial in crafting compelling visual experiences. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate concepts into visually appealing assets for various purposes such as product development, training, and marketing. Your daily tasks will include designing, animating, and rendering 3D scenes using Blender, focusing on elements like lighting, camera movement, and timing. You will also add sound design layers to enhance animations and improve viewer experience. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure the success of projects. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D animation, motion design, or visual storytelling using Blender or equivalent tools. Your top skills should include expertise in Blender for modeling, animation, lighting, and rendering, a strong grasp of visual storytelling and composition, and the ability to synchronize sound elements with visual content. Additionally, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects for graphic design and motion graphics will be required. Understanding of branding principles, color theory, typography, and layout design will also be beneficial in creating clean and engaging visuals for digital interfaces and media assets. Experience in VR/AR/MR content creation, real-time 3D environments, or skills in creating reusable motion templates and asset libraries will be considered a bonus.
