Multi Skilled Technician

As an MEP Technician, your role involves the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in buildings or infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities include: - Installing, testing, and commissioning mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems such as HVAC, electrical wiring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and equipment. - Performing routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repairs on MEP systems to identify and address any issues or malfunctions. - Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems in MEP systems using appropriate tools and techniques to implement effective solutions. - Coordinating with other trades and technicians for proper integration and functionality of MEP systems within the building infrastructure. - Following blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately install and connect MEP systems while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. - Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventories. - Responding promptly to emergency situations or service requests and addressing them in a timely and efficient manner. - Staying updated on industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices in MEP systems to enhance knowledge and skills. Qualifications required: - Total work experience of 2 years is required. - Location preference: Indore, Madhya Pradesh. - Job type: Full-time. - Work location: Remote.
