MULTI SKILLED TECHNICIAN

As a Multi Skilled Technician, your role involves performing routine operation and maintenance of various Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems including PHE and HVAC. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting equipment, cleaning machinery, and replacing parts as needed. - Responding to facility emergencies promptly and providing immediate solutions. - Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs. - Assisting in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems. - Participating in regular training and professional development to enhance technical skills. - Assisting external vendors and contractors engaged for specialized repairs or maintenance tasks. - Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols. - Responding effectively to customer service requests and inquiries. - Monitoring and adjusting system set points and output to provide optimum comfort levels and contribute to energy-saving measures. - Ensuring proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies. - Promoting continuous improvement of safety and environmental practices. In addition to the mentioned duties and job functions, you may also be required to undertake any other assignments given by Management within the purview of the contract. Qualifications required for this position include: - ITI/ Diploma in Electrical. - Proven experience of at least 4 years in Operations & Maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems including PHE and HVAC. As a full-time employee, you will be entitled to benefits such as Provident Fund. The job type for this position is full-time, and the work location is in person. Please note that the company is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and Mundra, Gujarat. The CTC for this position ranges from 2.40 LPA to 3.00 LPA. You will be provided with shared bachelor accommodation for lodging, and transportation arrangements are to be self-arranged or via public transport.
