Multi Cuisine Commis-I

Position: Commis-I & Commis-II (Multicuisine Section)
Location: Delhi & Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Indian curries, gravies, and accompaniments.
• Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and storage of food.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Requirements:

• Commis-I: 2–3 years of experience in Indian & Multicuisine section.
• Commis-II: 1–2 years of relevant kitchen experience.
• Strong knowledge of spices, masalas, and traditional Indian cooking techniques.
• Team player with attention to detail.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
