As a SPE-CX-Multi Channel Helpdesk professional, your role involves managing customer inquiries efficiently across various communication channels to ensure timely resolution. You will provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions. Collaboration with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction is crucial. Utilize customer service management tools to track and resolve customer issues effectively. Analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes is also part of your responsibilities. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Your role includes assisting in developing strategies to enhance customer experience, participating in training sessions, and working closely with other departments for a seamless customer journey. Handling escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy, monitoring, and reporting on customer service metrics are also key responsibilities. Adaptation to rotational shifts is necessary to provide consistent support to customers.
