Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end Mulesoft Platform Administration
Manage Cloudhub2, RTF and FlexGateway environments
Support OpenShift setup and configurations on AWS and Azure
Oversee Flex Gateway lifecycle including upgrades and patching
Handle APIM tasks such as TLS certificate renewals and configuration
Perform backup and restore activities and ensure platform stability
Monitor platform capacity, performance and health checks
Coordinate firewall change requests and troubleshoot platform issues
Manage incident handling and ensure timely resolution
Work with CI/CD tools including Terraform, Tekton and ArgoCD (KINO)
Document processes and tasks for knowledge transfer
Collaborate with EIP/OpenShift support teams and drive continuous improvements

Preferred Candidate Profile

5 to 8 years of overall experience with minimum 4 years in Mulesoft Platform Administration
Strong hands-on experience in Cloudhub2, RTF and FlexGateway
Good understanding of OpenShift in AWS and Azure
Experience with CI/CD tools including Terraform, Tekton and ArgoCD
Strong knowledge of APIM operations and TLS certificate lifecycle
Solid experience in cloud operations and platform support
Good troubleshooting, analytical and incident management skills
Strong documentation, communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
